Definition of Plagiarism: Plagiarism is the use of another person’s words, ideas, data, research findings, tables, figures, images, or creative work without proper acknowledgement. It also explicitly includes presenting copied or closely paraphrased content as one’s own original work.

Manifestations of Plagiarism

Plagiarism may occur in various structural and unethical forms, including:

• Direct textual copying without explicit citation
• Close paraphrasing without proper attribution
• Reusing datasets, tables, or graphs without credits
• Scraping content from external online/print domains
