E-ISSN: 3117-8324 | P-ISSN: 3117-8316

International Journal of Contemporary Impediments in Commerce and Management maintains a transparent and ethical advertising policy to ensure that any advertising, sponsorship, or promotional material associated with the journal does not influence editorial decisions, peer review, academic integrity, or publication quality.

Purpose of Advertising Policy

The purpose of this policy is to clearly define the journal’s approach toward advertisements, sponsorships, promotional notices, and related materials. The journal ensures that all advertising activities are handled responsibly and remain separate from editorial and publication processes.

Advertisements, if accepted, must be relevant, lawful, ethical, and appropriate for an academic publishing platform. The journal does not allow advertising content that may mislead readers, compromise scholarly standards, or create a conflict of interest.

Editorial Independence

Advertising or sponsorship does not influence manuscript submission, editorial screening, peer review, acceptance, rejection, publication decisions, or article placement. All editorial decisions are based solely on academic merit, originality, relevance, methodology, ethical compliance, reviewer recommendations, and contribution to the field.

The journal maintains a clear separation between editorial content and advertising content. Editors, reviewers, and editorial board members are not influenced by advertisers, sponsors, commercial partners, or promotional interests.

Acceptance of Advertisements

The journal may consider advertisements or announcements that are appropriate for an academic, research, educational, or professional audience. These may include academic conferences, seminars, workshops, books, educational programs, research services, institutional announcements, or other scholarly activities.

The journal reserves the right to accept, reject, withdraw, or remove any advertisement at its discretion. Acceptance of an advertisement does not imply endorsement, recommendation, or approval of the advertised product, service, institution, or organization.

Prohibited Advertising Content

The journal does not accept advertisements that include:

  • False, misleading, or deceptive claims

  • Content that violates law, ethics, or public interest

  • Offensive, discriminatory, or harmful material

  • Content promoting academic misconduct or unethical publication practices

  • Misleading claims about indexing, acceptance, certification, or guaranteed publication

  • Products or services that may damage the credibility of the journal

  • Any material that conflicts with academic integrity or publication ethics

Responsibility for Advertising Content

Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and ethical acceptability of their advertising material. The journal is not responsible for claims made by advertisers or third-party promotional content.

Any advertisement published on the journal website or associated platform must not be considered part of the journal’s peer-reviewed academic content.

Placement and Identification

Advertisements, if displayed, should be clearly distinguishable from editorial content, published articles, reviewer comments, author guidelines, policies, and other scholarly material. Advertising content should not be presented in a way that may confuse readers or appear as peer-reviewed research.

Conflict of Interest

The journal avoids advertising arrangements that may create an actual, potential, or perceived conflict of interest. Advertisements from individuals, companies, or organizations must not affect editorial independence or the credibility of the publication process.

Complaints and Removal

If any advertisement is found to be misleading, inappropriate, unethical, or in violation of this policy, the journal may remove it without prior notice. Readers, authors, reviewers, or other stakeholders may report concerns regarding advertising content to the journal office for review.

Ethical Commitment

International Journal of Contemporary Impediments in Commerce and Management is committed to maintaining ethical publishing practices, editorial independence, and transparency. The journal ensures that advertising, if any, remains separate from scholarly content and does not compromise academic standards or reader trust.
