All submitted manuscripts are first reviewed by the editorial team to check their suitability for the journal’s scope, formatting, originality, plagiarism status, and basic academic quality. Manuscripts that do not meet the journal’s submission requirements or ethical standards may be returned to the authors or rejected at the initial screening stage. Manuscripts that pass the preliminary editorial screening are sent for peer review to qualified reviewers with relevant subject expertise in a double-blind peer review process, where the identities of both authors and reviewers are kept strictly confidential.
Based on reviewers' evaluations, the editorial team routes the manuscript into one of five decision paths:
Authors are expected to revise their manuscripts according to the feedback within the given timeframe. Revised bundles may face further validation check loops by editors or original reviewers.
Reviewers are expected to provide objective, constructive, and timely feedback. They must maintain strict confidentiality of the manuscript and must not use any unpublished material for personal or professional advantage. Reviewers should declare any conflict of interest and decline the review if they feel they cannot provide an impartial evaluation.
